WORLD CAFE CONVENTION 2021 GUIDELINES
This face-to-face convention is simultaneously being held VIRTUALLY via an online platform.
We strongly adhere to local and national guidelines on Public Health and would remind attendees to do so as well.
Here is some information which will be helpful when attending the highly anticipated and sold-out World Café Convention.

Parking
Parking at the hotel is very limited. We suggest alternative means of coming to the venue. If driving, we suggest that you park at the Jubilee Place Mall Car Park (5-minutes walk to/ from the Hotel venue). Alternatively, you can park at the Stratford Westfield Mall (£10-£14) which is 8-12 minutes away by London Underground or London DLR (fares vary from £1.70-£2.50).

There is a height restriction of 2.0m in all car parks
**CASHLESS PAYMENTS:**
As a COVID-19 precaution car parks will not accept cash payments. Please use a debit/credit card or contactless method to pay for your parking session.

0 – 2 hours £4.40
2 – 3 hours £6.00
3 – 4 hours £9.00
4 – 5 hours £13.00
5 – 6 hours £14.00
6 – 10 hours £23.00
Over 10 hours £25.00
At weekends and Bank Holidays, you can enjoy 3 hours’ free parking in any of the public car parks when you spend £10 at any of the shops, cafés, bars or restaurants.
To get 3 hours’ free parking, simply ask for your ticket to be validated at point of purchase and use in the pay on foot machines before returning to your car.
Alternatively, spend £10 in Waitrose Food & Home Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, and enjoy 2 hours’ free parking. To get 2 hours’ free parking, simply ask for your ticket to be validated at point of purchase and use in the pay on foot machines before returning to your car.

Covid-19 Response
Please do not attend if you exhibit signs and symptoms of Covid-19. Masks is preferred and hand sanitizers will be available on-site. See Separate Health and Safety Guidance.
The face-to-face convention is by registration only. This is to enable us to keep the details of the participants on record for track and trace. There will be an event NHS TRACK and TRACE QR Code which you can scan with the Track-and-trace app.
Personal hygiene
We will provide hand sanitising stations throughout the event, encouraging all participants to regularly wash and disinfect
their hands.
Mask Wearing
In line with UK Government advice, we recommend that all attendees wear masks when in a crowded indoor environment, or when distancing is not possible. However – we will not be mandating or policing mask wearing and this will remain an individual choice, unless restrictions return.
Registration and Ticketing Process
Where possible, we will make use of contactless registration. This may mean we will use digital pre-registration to ensure physical contact is limited, reducing the risk of transmission. The Event Certificate will also be issued digitally by a link that will be provided. We will also forfeit the use of name badges and lanyards for this event but still feel free to introduce yourself to the others.

The Convention Program have been sent to your registered email.
PNA UK Core Committee
PNA UK Core Committee members will be asked to perform a lateral flow test within 48 hours of attending the event to reduce the risk of transmission. Mask wearing will be encouraged.

Allergies
If you have any food allergies, please let the Catering Staff know.
First Aid and Medical
PNA UK will have its own First Aid Kit and all PNA UK Core Committee are clinically trained in First Aid.
Filming and Photography
By attending the Conference, you are agreeing that you might appear in some of the filming and photography that we will do for our documentation, records and occasional publicity purposes.
